Protection of industrial property rights is one of the important contents related to the issue of intellectual property agreed in the EVFTA agreement. However, the commitments in this regard are somewhat stricter and higher than Vietnamese standards, which has created many challenges for Vietnam in complying with and effectively implementing its commitments on industrial property rights protection standards under evfta. From there, the article focuses on analyzing some of evfta's outstanding regulations on standards for protection of industrial property rights, stating and clarifying the challenges that Vietnam faces when implementing these commitments, thereby offering a number of solutions to contribute to overcoming them.
