THE ROLE OF INSPECTORS TO VIETNAM'S RESPONSIBILITIES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMMITMENTS IN NEW- GENERATION FREE TRADE AGREEMENTS

This article mainly deals with the accountability of the Government of Vietnam in the implementation of commitments on intellectual property (hereinafter referred to as IPR) in the Free Trade Agreements (hereinafter abbreviated as IP). is FTA) new generation. In addition, the inspector's role as an essential stage in the state administrative management cycle is considered a tool to contribute to controlling the implementation of accountability in practice. Accordingly, the article discusses the need to set the accountability of Vietnam for the implementation of IP commitments, assess the current situation of accountability, and propose solutions to improve accountability. Vietnam's progress in implementing IP commitments in FTAs, strengthening inspection, and examining the implementation of accountability is considered one of the effective solutions.
